These runners are the double locking type that have a locking mechanism on each runner and a pull the bar in the middle.

These seat runners / slides are for the fore and aft movement so you can achieve the most suitable driving position.

Easy to install and will only rise the seat by 25mm

Can be mounted to flat floors if needed.
